Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
